Your submission of this Wholesale Application indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement:
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum initial order: $700
Reorders are approved based on availability of product.
WEB COMMERCE
No products or goods purchased from or produced by Shop de’So shall be resold by or through any online auction or 3rd party online marketplace/store (such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or other similar sites) without the written authority of Shop de’So.
Additionally, no products or goods purchased from or produced by Shop de’So shall be resold by or through any online marketplace/store, even if the online store is owned by the entity without written consent from Shop de’So.
RESELLING TO WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Wholesale Account may not redistribute or resell Shop de’So goods and products to any other entity for re-sale.
RE-PACKAGING OR RE-LABELING
Wholesale Account may not re-package, modify or re-label Shop de’So products without written consent from Shop de’So.
PAYMENT METHODS
All first orders must be accompanied by pre-payment — we accept credit card and PayPal.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
We use USPS Ground and FedEx Ground for both domestic and international.
SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY
Order errors must be brought to the attention of Shop de’So within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. We strive to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to production defects during the first 90 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Shop de’So reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice, however Shop de’So will do it’s best to keep Wholesale Account informed of any changes. Either party with 30-day written notice can terminate wholesale relationship.
